CL&P made their initial field work visit on February 25th to inspect the high voltage distribution system and to plan their field evaluation and testing. The next step is to confirm the condition of the manholes and underground conduits. Due to the slow response from CL&P, we are re-evaluating our strategy to execute this project and will meet to develop a new plan of action.
